The 9 grahas

Jyotish reads the sky through nine grahas (planets): the Sun and Moon, the five visible planets, and the two lunar nodes, Rahu and Ketu. Each is a significator — of the soul, the mind, courage, speech, wisdom, love, time, hunger, release.
